Credit Cards, Payment Instructions, Terms and Conditions
Payments are non-refundable. In the event of postponement/cancellations, any amount paid will be applied to future tours through Gladys Adventure for a period of 12 months. Payments may be applied towards others traveling at your request. Certain lodges and hotels may have more strict cancellation policies that may reduce the amount applied to future tours.

Online payment - we accept visa/mastercard payments. For this our bank will add a 5% fee. The payment web page is operated by our bank and we are never given your bank card information. Before you make a payment we will need from each person making a payment:
Name as written on the bank card
City/town
Country
Email address
And a note if wanting to pay for more than one person or an amount other than 30%

After you give us this information we have to create an invoice and send you the invoice number and the link to make the payment. It is important that you let your bank know that you will be making a payment to Tanzania or possibly the transaction will be blocked as suspicious and unusual. If your transaction is declined, inform your bank and try again, the invoice will still be valid.

Specifics Regarding Cancellations
The country does not make it easy for us to send money outside of Tanzania. If you need to cancel, we cannot guarantee a refund. But if you cancel soon enough after making credit/debit card payment that the charge can be reversed then a refund might be possible. You can transfer the payment amount towards either future travel through Gladys Adventure (within 1 year) or have that ammount applied to another person traveling through Gladys Adventure. Please note that hotels & lodges may have more stict cancellation policies that may reduce the amount available for use.

We cannot be responsible for adapting to cancelled/delayed flights, missed connections, missing/delayed baggage. We will do our best but we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate you in all situations.

We strongly recommend travel insurance for your protection of your invested amount. For Mt Kilimanjaro climbs, medical and rescue insurance is required and we suggest that you look for a policy that will handle other possible scenerios as well.
